ICBC International reiterated the holding rating of Comdam Solar (0712.HK); indicating that the market is sluggish and sales prices continue to fall, the company has reduced production of P films and postponed new production line expansion plans. It is expected that its gross margin for the second half of the year 11 is only a number of units, in line with expectations of declining operating rates, reducing its annual production volume forecast by 26.5%; however, it believes that its N-type production can strengthen future profitability; the target price is HK$1.04. Comdance rose 12.12% to close at HK$1.11 on Friday.
