Gelonghui June 26th 丨Yongfa Real Estate (00287.HK) announced,Results for the year ended March 31, 2023,The Group's turnover increased by about 1.7% over the previous year to approximately HK$19.24 million. The Group recorded a loss of around HK$362.27 million during the year, which changed from profit to loss of about HK$13.485 million in profit compared to last year's profit of about HK$13.485 million. This is mainly due to the loss of fair value recorded during the year by investing in properties.At the annual general meeting of shareholders on September 7, 2023, the Board of Directors will recommend the payment of a final dividend of HK$12 per share for the year ended March 31, 2023 (2022: HK$12 cents).

For the year ended March 31, 2023, the Group did not record fair value profits or losses for properties under development or to be developed. As of the reporting date, there were no significant developments in properties under development or awaiting development.
