(Strait Energy for short) bought 500 shares of the company's shares due to misoperation on June 16, 2023. The transaction constituted a short-term transaction.

The announcement stated that the above irregularities were caused by operational errors. There were no cases where insider information was used to trade company shares, and there was no purpose of using short-term trading to seek profit. Short-term transactions caused by misoperation during the current Straits Energy holdings reduction process will not affect the implementation of its subsequent holdings reduction plan.
