According to the Zhitong Finance App, Datang West Market (00620) announced that Sun Liming will no longer act as the company's authorized representative and legal process document agent for section 3.05 of the securities listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited due to other work arrangements, all effective from June 19, 2023. Sun Liming will continue to serve as the company's executive director, co-chief executive officer and chairman of the investment committee.

Furthermore, Wang Kangde has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Legal Procedure Document Agent, all effective from June 19, 2023. Wang Kangde qualifies as a company secretary as stipulated in section 3.28 of the listing rules.
