Due to other work arrangements, Zong Zhaoxing and Liang Yi resigned as executive directors and non-executive directors respectively. Mr. Zong also resigned as a member of the company's Rule of Law and Compliance Committee, while Yu Nan's resignation as a shareholders' representative supervisor took effect after the annual shareholders' meeting ended. Both Mr Chung and Ms Leung have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board of Directors, while Ms Yu has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Supervisory Board. They have also confirmed that there are no other matters relating to their resignations that need to be notified to shareholders.

Yang Yongxin and Xin Shuangbai were appointed as executive directors and non-executive directors of the 8th board of directors respectively at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Additionally, Mr. Yang was appointed by the Board of Directors as a member of the Company's Rule of Law and Compliance Committee.
