The financing includes financing A and financing B, where financing A is a term loan financing of HK$2 billion and financing B is financing of a revolving loan amount of HK$1 billion. The final repayment date of the financing is 35 months from the date the financing agreement is signed. The financing will be used to meet the Group's general working capital requirements.
