According to the Zhitong Finance App, Quantum Thinking (08050) released its results for the year ending March 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$18.29 million during the period, a decrease of 44.24% over the previous year; losses attributable to shareholders were HK$10.108 million, a decrease of 44.43% over the previous year; and the basic loss per share was HK0.75 cents.

The announcement said that in view of the economic slowdown and the imposition of sanctions on the Chinese technology industry by the United States, which made the business environment more difficult, the group was cautious about investing in technology research and development and shifting its business focus from the development of an information technology system to the operation of that system. This move will allow the Group to mitigate the adverse effects of the US government's technology sanctions policy on its business and further develop less labor-intensive businesses.
