It is learned that Yuneng Capital received a letter issued by Yunnan Neng Capital Investment Co., Ltd. on June 7, 2023 to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Shenzhen Stock Exchange) that the non-public issuance of exchangeable corporate bonds by Yunnan Neng Capital Investment Co., Ltd meets the conditions for listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Shenzhen Securities letter (2023) No. 367,referred to as "No objection letter").

According to the letter of No objection, Yuneng Capital applies to issue exchangeable corporate bonds with a face value of no more than 800 million yuan to professional investors in 2023, which meets the conditions for listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has no objection.
