Zhitong Financial App News, Huanke International (00657) issued an announcement that the Group expects the loss attributable to the company's owners to be no more than HK $22 million for the year ended March 31, 2023 (2022: the loss attributable to the company's owners is about HK $14.1 million).

According to the announcement, the expected increase in loss is mainly due to the recognition of non-cash impairment losses on property, plant and equipment and right-to-use assets related to the new restaurant branch in Kwun Tong due to the challenging business environment; and given that the Group has completed its property development project in Australia in the year ended 31 March 2022, there is no income from the property Development Division for the year.
