Starting from June 1, 2023, Mr. Ooi Guan Hoe will resign as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Board Review Committee, and members of the Board's Nomination Committee and the Board's Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Tham Sai Cheong resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Ooi Guan Hoe was subsequently appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Khoo Chee Siang, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
