Gelonghui May 12th 丨International Commercial Settlement (00147.HK) announced that on May 12, 2023, (i) the company's indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary Hong Kong Youqang is Hong Kong Youkang; (ii) Hong Kong Youqikang is directly wholly owned by Fujian Youkang; and (iii) Avonold (Beijing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 688050), (“Avonord”) signed a non-legally binding letter of intent. Based on this, Evernode intends to invest no more than RMB 100 million in Fujian Youkang.

Avonold's possible capital injection not only enabled Fujian Youqang's business development to receive financial support, but also played a positive role in promoting the development and production of contact lenses and improving market competitiveness, which is in line with the company's development strategy.
