The property is The Whole of the Strata Unit #02 -09, Kewalram House, No. 8 Jalan Kilang, Timor, Singapore, and has a useful area of about 4,295 square feet.

The director believes that this is a good opportunity for the Group to sell the relevant property to increase the Group's working capital and believes that the terms of the sale are fair and reasonable and in line with the overall interests of the company's shareholders.
