Gelonghui April 20 丨Yefeng Group (01695.HK) announced that Lim Sey Hock will step down as the company's independent non-executive director at the company's recent annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on May 29, 2023, and will not be re-elected to pursue other personal goals. As a result,Lim Sey HockHe will retire as an independent non-executive director, member of the Company Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at the end of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
