If the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders passes the fund-raising project change bill, the company will plan to use part of the raised capital to build a lubricant additive series product project with an annual output of 460,000 tons, which is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2025. At the same time, the company invested in the establishment of Ruifeng Hongtai Company to actively expand upstream. It is currently being implemented steadily. After the company is put into operation, it can supply the company with core raw materials to ensure supply safety and quality stability on these raw materials, and further enhance the company's core competitiveness.
