Unilever PLC (UNA.AE, UN) said on Thursday that it will acquire US vitamin, mineral and supplement company OLLY Nutrition.
Headquartered in San Francisco, OLY's products include vitamin gummies and supplements, protein powders, and snacks.
Olly co-founder Eric Ryan will serve as chief growth manager to explore opportunities in the health and wellness sector. Current Chief Operating Officer Gerry Chesser will be Olly's CEO.
Unilever said the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
