智通财经APP讯，升能集团(02459)发布公告，孙庆因决定投放更多时间于其他工作及业务，已辞任公司独立非执行董事，自2023年4月12日起生效。同时，孙庆的辞任生效后，他亦不再为公司薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会、提名委员会以及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的成员。

此外，董事委员会组成变动如下，自2023年4月12日起生效：公司独立非执行董事郑大钧已获委任为薪酬委员会主席;及公司独立非执行董事陈楚雯已获委任为提名委员会以及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的成员。
