Gelonghui, April 6, 丨 Yikangtai Engineering Group (08445.HK) announced that the purchase of Lue Qin Investment advises on the purchase of 37.88% of shares, according to the purchase agreement, is subject to completion of the prerequisites set out in the transaction agreement before it can be implemented. As of March 31, 2023, a number of prerequisites have not been met. After careful consideration of all circumstances relating to this acquisition, the buyer (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company)and the seller entered into a termination agreement on April 6, 2023, to terminate the purchase and sale agreement with immediate effect.
