Gelonghui March 31st 丨Jinlun Tiandi Holdings (01232.HK) announced that in 2022, revenue was RMB 2.66 billion, an increase of about 49.2% over the previous year; total contract sales decreased by 66.0% to RMB 1,641 million; and loss during the year was RMB 995 million (2021: loss of RMB 1,987 million during the year). In 2022, the losses recorded were mainly due to gross sales losses in the real estate industry generated by the Group, as well as the revaluation loss of investment properties of RMB 44.1 million, net foreign exchange losses of RMB 285 million, and financing costs of RMB 298 million.

The total amount of properties invested as at 31 December 2022 was RMB 4.119 billion (2021: RMB 4.326 billion). As of December 31, 2022, the total amount of cash and bank deposits held by the Group was approximately RMB 857 million (2021: RMB 1,215 million).
