Radient Announces Revocation of Failure-to-File Cease Trade Order

Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - March 30, 2023) - Radient Technologies Inc. (TSXV: RTI) (OTC Pink: RDDTF) ("Radient" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Alberta Securities Commission, as the Company's principal regulator, has granted Radient a revocation order respecting a failure-to-file cease trade order that has been in effect since March 7, 2023. The revocation order also evidences the decision of the Ontario Securities Commission. The issuance of the revocation order follows the filing by Radient of its interim financial statements for the nine-month period ended December 31, 2022, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis and Certifications on March 22, 2023.

The Company has contacted the TSX Venture Exchange for the resumption of trading of its common shares.
