According to the Zhitong Finance App, China's Hengtian Lixin International (00641) announced its 2022 annual results. The revenue from continuing operations was HK$2,489 million, a decrease of 6.88% over the previous year; losses attributable to shareholders amounted to HK$205 million, while profits of HK$77.05 million were made in the same period in 2021; and a loss of HK$18.6 per share.

According to the announcement, the profit transfer loss was mainly due to the continuing negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the overall economic environment, which led to a 15% decline in revenue from the dyeing and finishing machinery division; impairment losses of about HK$78 million were accrued from a number of long-standing outstanding operations and other accounts receivable that had been terminated during the year; and net profit for the previous year included an income of about HK$401 million, which was due to the receipt of a final payment of RMB 400 million for urban renewal projects. Excluding the above factors, the Group's operating performance is still relatively stable compared to last year, and there have been substantial improvements.
