Gelonghui March 27th 丨Hongfu Tong (01446.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2022, revenue was HK$686.7 million, a decrease of 1.3% over the previous year. Among them, revenue from the retail business fell 1.5% to HK$517 million, and a total of 120 retail stores were operated in Hong Kong on 31 December 2022. Revenue from the wholesale business declined 0.9% to HK$169 million.

Gross profit in 2022 decreased 2.6% year over year to HK$406 million; profit attributable to company owners decreased 9.1% year over year to HK$7.5 million. Earnings per share are HK1.14 cents. The proposed final dividend and special dividend are HK0.34 cents and HK0.28 cents per common share respectively, for a total of HK0.62 cents per common share.
