(referred to as "Wei Wei Agriculture and Animal Husbandry") which were not of use value.

As of December 31, 2022, the book value of the cowshed and other fixed assets to be scrapped and disposed of is 37.4458 million yuan, with depreciation of 24.8647 million yuan and a net book value of 12.58106 million yuan. The ownership of the above-mentioned fixed assets is clear, and there is no mortgage, pledge and other restrictions on transfer, nor does it involve litigation, arbitration, seizure, freezing and other judicial matters. After investigation and evaluation, the company confirmed that the above assets no longer have use value, and scrapped and disposed of the above assets of Uygur agriculture and animal husbandry according to the net asset value, the amount is 12.58106 million yuan.
