格隆汇3月24日丨北京北辰实业股份(00588.HK)公布2022年年度业绩，2022年，公司实现营业收入人民币129.89亿元，同比下降41.45%。公司除税前亏损和普通股股东应占亏损为人民币8.03亿元和人民币14.71亿元，其中，公司税后主营业务核心经营业绩(不含公允价值变动损失)录得亏损为人民币13.33亿元，同比下降532.63%。本年会展(含酒店)及商业物业归属于普通股股东的公允价值变动损失(税后)为人民币1.39亿元。每股亏损为人民币0.437元。
其中，房地产开发板块受宏观调控、结算周期的影响可结转面积下降，实现营业收入人民币109.65亿元(含车位)，同比下降45.53%，同时公司对部分房地产项目计提存货跌价准备，除税前亏损为人民币6.08亿元。会展(含酒店)及商业物业板块受经济环境影响，实现营业收入人民币18.82亿元，同比下降1.48%，除税前亏损为人民币9547.9万元。本报告期评估减值为人民币2.44亿元。
