继20日进口版号发布之后，3月23号，3月份国产版号也发布了！
3月23日晚间，当月的国产网游版号也如期发放。本次共计86款国产网游获得了版号，其中82款获得了移动端版号，7款获得了客户端版号，2款获得了游戏机版号（以上数据包含同时获得多端版号的游戏）。
具体来看，其中包括3款客户端游戏、1款Switch游戏，3款移动兼客户端游戏、1款移动兼网页游戏、1款移动兼客户端兼Switch游戏，剩余77款均为移动游戏。
3天内连发进口、国产版号，提振信心。实际上，3月20号进口版号发布后，不少业内人士猜测，临近3月末，3月的国产版号会不会不发了。但仅仅3天后就发布了国产版号，再一次提振游戏行业信心。
值得注意的是，在版号重启发放后，很长一段时间腾讯和网易等大厂都未获得版号。但自2022年12月以来，腾讯网易已经是连续5个月拿到了版号，今年从未缺席。
具体来看，涉及到的上市公司主要有：$腾讯控股(00700.HK)$的《末刀》、$网易-S(09999.HK)$的《零号任务》，$三七互娱(002555.SZ)$的《王国火种》和《星星生活乐园》、$吉比特(603444.SH)$旗下雷霆游戏的《硬核机甲》、$创梦天地(01119.HK)$的《卡拉彼丘》、$中手游(00302.HK)$的《大富翁11》、$中青宝(300052.SZ)$的《曙光调查团》《进击的堡垒》和《幻宠契约》等。
还有$ST美盛(002699.SZ)$旗下美盛游戏的《闪耀设计师》《墨界之门》和《口袋机甲》、$中国移动(00941.HK)$旗下咪咕互娱的《艾尔指挥官》等也在获批名单中。
在3月20日，国家新闻出版署官网还发布了2023年进口网络游戏审批信息，共27款版号获批，其中$腾讯控股(00700.HK)$、$网易-S(09999.HK)$、$哔哩哔哩-W(09626.HK)$、$世纪华通(002602.SZ)$、$心动公司(02400.HK)$、$创梦天地(01119.HK)$、$中青宝(300052.SZ)$、悠星网络等游戏厂商有版号在列。
从数量来看，2023年以来，国家新闻出版总署共发放了269个进口游戏版号。国产版号整体发放数量也逐步稳定，最近三个月版号发放数量均在90个左右。
对此，万联证券指出，国家新闻出版署进口游戏版号发放基本保持一年一批次的节奏，近年来发放时间集中在下半年，同时2020年至2023年的进口版号发放数量分别为97款、76款、44款、27款，虽然本次发放数量较少，但时间距离上次12月28日仅不到三个月，不代表全年发放数量。从目前的节奏来看，万联证券预计今年后续或将持续释放进口游戏版号，进口版号发放的常态化有望到来。
版号发放的数量和频率也逐渐趋于稳定。今年以来游戏版号都维持在了80个以上的水平，“国产版号一个月一发的节奏已经比较明确，业内预期也会比较好，这样一年大约有近1000个版号，对于游戏行业的健康发展是相当有益的。”业内人士对媒体表示。
艾媒咨询CEO张毅表示，国内游戏市场正在逐步回暖，行业在下半年有望走出整体不佳的状态。“多数游戏公司产品储备充足，不过似乎没有特别标新立异的新产品，但是经过这一轮的版号供给，有望跑出一些比较主流的产品。”他预计。

In response, Wanlian Securities pointed out that the National Press and Publication Administration has basically maintained the pace of issuing imported game editions once a year. In recent years, the distribution period has been concentrated in the second half of the year. At the same time, the number of imported versions issued from 2020 to 2023 was 97, 76, 44, and 27 respectively. Although the number of imported versions issued this time is small, the time is less than three months from December 28, which does not indicate the number distributed throughout the year. Judging from the current pace, Wanlian Securities expects that it may continue to release imported game versions after this year, and normalization of the distribution of imported versions is expected to arrive.
The number and frequency of edition numbers issued is also gradually stabilizing. Zhang Yi, CEO of Ai Media Consulting, said that the domestic game market is gradually picking up, and the industry is expected to break out of its overall poor state in the second half of the year. “Most game companies have sufficient product reserves, but there don't seem to be any new products with special standards, but after this round of version supply, it is expected that some of the more mainstream products will be launched.” He anticipated.
