格隆汇3月22日丨万马股份(002276.SZ)公布，为实施南北联动产业发展战略，推动青岛万马高端装备产业项目的投资建设，子公司万马海工装备拟以自筹资金向万马青岛电缆增资1.8亿元。此次增资完成后，万马青岛电缆的注册资本将由2000万元变更至2亿元，万马海工装备持有其100%股权不变。
