During the reporting period, the Group achieved operating income of 188.622 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2,360 million yuan, a decrease of 1.24%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 51,171 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1,832 billion yuan, a decrease of 3.46%. Basic earnings per share were $1.56.

By the end of the reporting period, the Group's balance of the last three types of non-performing loans was 74.619 billion yuan, a decrease of 2,210 billion yuan from the end of the previous year; the non-performing loan ratio was 1.52%, down 0.09 percentage points from the end of the previous year; and the provision coverage rate was 159.04%, up 15.08 percentage points from the end of the previous year.
