公告显示，高新地产立足特色地产开发与经营，在长春市先后开发了高新·怡众名城、高新·和园、高新·慧园、高新·君园、高新·海容广场、高新·容园等项目。截至2022年6月30日，高新地产未经审计的总资产为65.64亿元、净资产为16.32亿元。
