(002800.SZ) announced that on March 17, 2023, the company received a notice from the controlling shareholder Zhoushan Tianshun Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (“Tianshun Investment”) that its plan to reduce the company's shares by no more than 5.437,800 shares (5% of the company's total share capital) through an agreed transfer was terminated.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Tianshun Investment has not signed an “Equity Transfer Agreement”, nor has it reduced its stock holdings through an agreement transfer.
