According to the Zhitong Finance App, Miramar Hotel (00071) announced its 2022 results. Revenue increased 10.8% year-on-year to HK$1,382 million, and profit attributable to shareholders was approximately HK$480 million, an increase of 45.5% year-on-year; a profit of HK$0.69 per share, with a recommended final dividend of HK$29 per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in performance was mainly due to a decrease in the fair value impairment of investment properties compared to last year, and the increase in revenue from the Group's three business segments (including the hotel and serviced apartment business, catering business and travel business) compared to last year.
