Gelonghui March 16Jiawei New Energy (300317.SZ) announced that the company's holding company Shenzhen Jiawei Green Energy Construction Co., Ltd. (the "general contractor") recently signed the "Yuxian Hengchang parity 100MW photovoltaic project EPC contract" with Yuxian Lufeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("contractor"). The provisional total price of the "EPC contract" is 616 million yuan (final settlement amount), excluding tax, the total price is about 553 million yuan. The total amount of the contract accounts for about 106% of the company's audited operating income in 2021, and the net contract accounts for about 95% of the company's audited operating income in 2021.
