According to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 24, Shenye property Operation Group Co., Ltd. submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation, CITIC and Jianyin International as sponsors, Zhitong Financial APP learned.

It is reported that Shenye property has been providing property management services since 1985 and became one of the first first-class qualified property management enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction (now known as the Ministry of Housing and Construction) in 2001. As a full-format property management, commercial operation and urban service provider, Shenye property is ploughing the Dawan area, and its footprint is constantly covering the Chinese market.As of September 30, 2022, the company has a total contracted construction area of about 61.8 million square meters, a total of 462projects under management, and a total construction area of about 59.2 million square meters, covering 46 cities and 14 provinces in China.
