Glonghui, Feb. 22, 丨 Chunneng Holdings (08430.HK) announced that all the conditions set out in the stock offering agreement relating to the placement of unsubscribed shares and the unsold shares offered by excluded shareholders have been met, while the placement of unsubscribed shares and the unsold shares offered by excluded shareholders became unconditional at 6:00 p.m. on February 16, 2023. The total amount of proceeds raised from the stock offering was approximately HK$32.5 million (before deducting expenses).

Trading of offered shares and placement shares on the Stock Exchange is expected to begin at 9:00 a.m. on February 24, 2023.
