格隆汇2月20日丨ST新研(300159.SZ)公布，2022年11月25日10时至2022年11月26日10时，南京市建邺区人民法院将韩华所持公司股份约2062.01万股在“阿里拍卖·司法”网络平台进行了公开拍卖。在此次竞价拍卖过程中，竞买人魏巍最终以约4641.46万元竞拍成功。经查询，上述股份已完成过户。
此次韩华股份拍卖后导致其持有的公司股份占公司剔除回购股份数后的总股本比例由5.85%降低至4.45%，截止该公告日韩华仍持有约6552.64万股，均处于司法冻结状态。
