At the meeting, shareholders passed an ordinary resolution on the following matters: (1) removing Junli He from his post as a company director; (2) removing Peter Andrew Schloss from his duties as a company director, audit committee, compensation committee, and corporate governance committee (“Board”); and (3) removing Ronald J. Packard from his duties as a company director and board audit committee member, all of which took effect on February 10. Due to changes in the composition of the board of directors, Junli He's employment with the company ended on January 10, 2023.
