Gelonghui February 9th 丨Ling Wei Technology (301373.SZ) announced that on February 9, 2023, the company held the 9th meeting of the 3rd board of directors and the 9th meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors respectively to review and pass the “Proposal on Using Part of the Funds Raised to Subsidiaries and Providing Interest-bearing Loans to Implement Fundraising Projects”. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the fund-raising investment project and taking into account the actual operating situation of the company, the company plans to use 243 million yuan to raise capital from Anhui Ling Wei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (“Anhui Ling Wei”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, to implement the fund-raising project. Among them Ten million yuan is used as registered capital, and the remaining 233 million yuan is included in the capital reserve; an interest-bearing loan of no more than 89.16 million yuan (including capital) was provided to the holding subsidiary Lengshui Jiangsan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“Lengshuijiang Sanya” for short) to carry out the fundraising project.
