Gelonghui January 5th 丨Pioneer International (600097.SH) announced that on December 30, 2022, KaiChuang Ocean, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received 72 million yuan in ship transaction fees from Shandong Lanyue. Ship transaction expenses included ship fees and other expenses (spare parts, surplus fuel, unused lubricants, fishing materials, etc.). On January 5, 2023, Pioneering Ocean and Shandong Lanyue signed a “Ship Handover Agreement”, Pioneer Ocean delivered the “Carrier” to Shandong Lanyue.

This ship sale transaction has been completed. Ship disposal revenue will have a positive impact on the company's operating results in 2023. The final revenue generated is subject to the 2023 audit results.
