(Active Nengdong, January 3, 2023) NWTN Inc. announced the delivery of 20 extended-range electric vehicles (“r-eev”) in Abu Dhabi's Khalifa Economic Zone. This delivery kicks off NWTN's plan to provide the UAE market with a range of innovative products and solutions to facilitate the region's transition to sustainable energy. The r-eev is the perfect choice for M93 car rental and is particularly suited to the UAE market. The car's range extension technology overcomes the UAE's limited charging facilities and the country's long-distance travel problems. These 20 r-EVs are the first vehicles that will be delivered to local customers in the coming months.

The KEZAD assembly plant is NWTN's first plant in the UAE. The plant will enable NWTN to perform semi-disassembly production while localizing and upgrading a larger proportion of software and hardware to meet the needs of the local market. The KEZAD assembly facility is currently in the final stages of equipment installation and trial operation, and is expected to be fully operational in the first quarter of 2023.
