As recommended by the Audit Committee, Tianzhi Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants Limited was appointed as a company auditor on December 30, 2022 to fill the temporary vacancies after Lixin Dehao's resignation and serve until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
