According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jicheng Electronics (002339.SZ) announced that the company signed a “Cooperation Agreement” with the participating company Shanghai Jicheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Jicheng Energy”) on December 29, 2022. The two sides will make full use of their respective resources and advantages to reach cooperation in intelligence/system integration and other public utility fields based on the goals of mutual benefit and common development. The two sides will cooperate on intelligence, system integration, and promotion services for intelligent and information-based consulting services, planning and design and related applications in other fields of public utilities around the needs of construction units in the construction of public buildings. When specific projects are involved, the two parties will separately sign corresponding specific project contracts in accordance with the “Cooperation Agreement”.
