According to the Zhitong Finance App, the Bank of Beijing (601169.SH) announced that the bank's head office credit approval committee reviewed and approved the credit plan of Beijing Bank Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. (“Bank of China Consumer”) on October 25, 2022, and agreed to grant a comprehensive credit line of 6 billion yuan to peer institutions. The type of business will be approved by the head office's credit approval committee. The quota is valid for 1 year; it takes effect from the date of approval by the board of directors.

According to the announcement, Bank of Beijing Consumption is a related party to the bank, and the transactions carried out with it constitute the bank's related transactions. The bank granted 6 billion yuan of credit to the Bank of Beijing's consumption, exceeding 1% of the bank's most recent audited net assets. According to the “Regulations on the Administration of Related Transactions of the Bank of Beijing”, it has already constituted a major related transaction.
