Glonghui, December 21, 丨 Clinique Holdings (08367.HK) announced that on December 21, 2022, the buyer of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, and the seller, Huang Shichang, signed a memorandum of understanding on the proposed acquisition of the target company Junxuan Engineering Co., Ltd.

The seller is the ultimate beneficial owner of the target company, which is mainly engaged in providing aircraft engine maintenance services and aviation-related catering services.

In return for the exclusive period granted by the seller, the buyer must pay the seller a refundable goodwill of HK$1 million within 5 business days from the date of the MOU.
