格隆汇12月19日丨ST新研(300159.SZ)公布，鉴于公司发展战略、未来业务发展需要，经综合考虑、广泛了解、审慎决策，公司2022年度审计机构拟由亚太(集团)会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)变更为大信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)，期限为一年。公司已就更换会计师事务所相关事宜与前任会计师事务所进行了沟通，前任会计师事务所知悉本事项并对此无异议。
公司于2022年12月19日召开第五届董事会第四次会议审议通过了《关于变更会计师事务所的议案》，该议案尚需提交公司2023年第一次临时股东大会审议。
