China Re (01508.HK) announced that it received a reply from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on Zhu Hailin's eligibility. Under the reply, the CICC approved Zhu Hailin's qualification as a supervisor.

On 1 December 2022, the company formally appointed Zhu Hailin as a supervisor. From that date, Zhu Hailin will be re-elected until the expiry of the fourth term of the Supervisory Board.

At the same time, Zhu Hailin officially fulfilled the duties of the fourth term Supervisory Supervisor and Chairman of the Duty Supervision and Inspection Committee of the Supervisory Board since 1 December 2022.
