Gelonghui November 29th 丨Kailian International Hotel (00105.HK) announced that for the six months ended September 30, 2022, the company's revenue was HK$153 million, a decrease of 4.00% over the previous year; the loss attributable to the company's shareholders during the period was HK$1,124 million, an increase of 128.66% over the previous year; the basic loss per share was HK$3.12, and the proposed interim distribution was HK$0.11 per share.

In the half year ending September 30, 2022, the valuation loss of investment properties was 1,203 million yuan, while the valuation loss recorded in the same period last year was 574 million yuan. This valuation loss will only affect the Group's accounting profits or losses, and will not affect its cash flow.
