Zhitong Financial APP News, Tiande Real Estate (00266) announced interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2022. The company achieved an income of HK $158 million, down 3.6% from the same period last year. The loss attributable to shareholders was HK $557 million, a year-on-year increase of 1.28%. The board of directors has decided to pay an interim dividend of HK $0.04 per share.

During the period, the group's operating profit before the change in the valuation of its investment properties was 93.8 million yuan, down about 7.7 per cent from the same period last year, the notice said. The decrease was mainly due to a decrease in rental income at International Plaza during the period compared with the same period last year.
