Sold on November 24th at an average price of HK $3.5486 per share$ZOOMLION (01157.HK)$1.4554 million H shares, worth about HK $5.1646 million. After the sale, Blackrock's latest number of shares is 110 million shares, and the proportion of long positions has dropped from 7.06 per cent to 6.97 per cent.
What is equity disclosure?
According to the requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, major shareholders (individuals and companies holding 5% or more shares) are required to disclose their interests in shares of listed companies.
