【港股通】美团(03690)绩前挫逾3% Naspers拟收到美团股份后进行出售

美团(03690)将于今日放榜，Naspers拟出售公司股份，股价承压下行，最新报134.20港元，跌3.02%，成交额10.78亿港元。此外，美团已录得五连阴，累计跌幅逾16%。

消息面上，近日，腾讯最大股东、南非报业集团Naspers发布声明称，考虑在收到美团股份后将进行出售，该部分美团股份为腾讯上周派发。

有报道估算，Naspers分派所得股份将占美团已发行股份约4.3%。
