During the period, the company realized HK $150 million in revenue, an increase of 32.4% over the same period last year. Gross profit was HK $21.736 million, an increase of 36.0% over the same period last year. The profit for the period attributable to owners of the company was HK $6.287 million, up 16.6% over the same period last year. The basic profit per share was HKD 0.92 cents, excluding interim dividends.

As of September 30, 2022, the Group has eight projects with a total contract value of about HK $329 million, of which six are expected to be completed in the next financial year. At the end of the period, the Group was awarded two foundation projects with a contract value of approximately HK $149 million.
