The audited results for fiscal year 2021 have also been reviewed by the Board of auditors and approved by the Board on 21 November 2022.

During the period, the company's revenue increased 10.1% year-on-year to 8.866 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), a loss of 12.265 billion yuan, compared with a profit of 439 million yuan in the same period last year; a loss of 665.65 cents per share.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to revenue from digital marketing services of 3.443 billion yuan after the acquisition of Leju Holdings Ltd Holdings Co., Ltd., the announcement said.

Trading in the company's shares continues to be suspended.
