Zhitong Financial APP learned that according to CINNO Research monthly panel factory production survey data show that in October 2022, the average growth rate of domestic LCD panel factories was 70.6%, an increase of 2.2% over September. Among them, the average farming rate of the low generation line (G4.5~G6) was 68.1%, a slight increase of 0.3% over the previous month; the average rate of the higher generation line (G8~G11) was 70.9%, which was also 2.4% higher than the previous month; of which the G10.5x11 high generation line average farming rate rebounded to 72.7%, an increase of 6.9%.
According to the global panel factory production data, the overall growth rate rebounded to about 65% in October, and is expected to increase by about 5 percentage points in November, but will decline to a certain extent in December. It is expected that the global TFT-LCD panel production line production rate will be controlled below 70% throughout the fourth quarter.
According to the survey data on the commissioning of CINNO Research monthly panel factories, the average harvest rate of domestic AMOLED panel factories was 61.8% in October, an increase of 2.7% over September, of which the average crop rate of G6 AMOLED production line increased to 60.4%, an increase of 3.3% over the previous month. The average production rate of domestic AMOLED panel factories has reached more than 60% for the first time this year.

Beijing Oriental BOE: the average production rate of the TFT-LCD production line rebounded to 64% in October, an increase of 6 percentage points over September. The increase in crop movement rate in October mainly came from the G10.5 production line, and the average crop movement rate of the two BOE G10.5 increased by about 10 percentage points compared with the previous month. The average harvest rate of the BOEAMOLED production line increased by 10 percentage points in October compared with the previous month, of which the B11 production line reached 75%.
TCL Huaxing: the overall growth rate of the TFT-LCD production line in October is about 73%, down 5 percentage points from September. Among them, the yield rate of G8.5 production line decreased by more than 10% compared with the previous month, and that of G10.5 production line increased by 4%. The t9G8.6 production line was put into trial production. The production rate of Huaxing AMOLEDt4 production line in October reached a new high in 2022.
Huike HKC:10 monthly Huike TFT-LCD production line average production rate of about 79%, an increase of 3 percentage points over September. The production quantity of all HKC production lines in October is higher than that in September.
